Candlelight Restorative Yoga
Slow down the workweek pace and set the tone for a relaxing weekend when you join our Friday night candlelight restorative yoga class. This practice, appropriate for both the new and seasoned yoga practitioner, consists of holding specific yoga postures for several minutes each. The sequence of poses is designed to allow the body to gradually release muscle tension while the mind settles into a meditative state. Leave class feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Come and learn the fundamental skills required to establish a safe and balanced aerial yoga practice. The slow pace of this class will allow an aerial yoga novice to acclimate to the silk gradually and become more comfortable with working with the silk. There is an opportunity to modify every pose to be in contact with the floor as desired. During this hour long class, you will be guided through standing postures using the silk as a prop, seated postures using the silk as a sling, and some simple inversions. The class will conclude with an extended savasana while you are cocooned in the safety of your own silk hammock. Aerial Yoga Essentials is a prerequisite for attending any aerial yoga classes, unless prior approval by instructor.
Gentle Aerial Yoga

Leave feeling nurtured, supported and relaxed. This series is appropriate for those who want a softer and slower-paced class, with fewer strength and balance requirements than our other offerings. No previous experience required.
